Refund policy

 

Cancellations 

We accept cancellations as long as the product has not been shipped. If the product has already been shipped we will charge a 15% restocking fee to process the return and the customer will required to pay return shipping fees upfront. The original shipping fee will be none refundable. 

Returns 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopen and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will charge a 15% restocking fee to process the return and the customer will required to pay return shipping fees upfront. 

The refund total will be less the 15% restocking fee and original shipping price.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Freight Inspection & Damage 

All freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Before signing, please carefully check the packaging and contents for any visible damage.

  • If damage is found, note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) with the delivery driver or refuse the shipment. This is required for us to file a freight claim or send a replacement.
  • If your item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement and coordinate return shipping for the damaged item.
  • Claims reported after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted, as the freight carrier’s claim window will have expired.

Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. 

  • Customized and made to order items.
  • Items that have been installed. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
